Daniel waited a day or two, putting Sammy to bed one night before going to seek out Thorn. The alpha was in the living room, sitting on the couch, absorbed in a book. Ordinarily, Daniel wouldn’t have disturbed him, but he thought Thorn would enjoy this interruption.
